Everyday Sunday is one of those unintentionally talented bands that "never set out to be a band" but wound up doing it anyway -- and they're remarkably good at it. Good enough that several of their songs could see considerable success on mainstream radio if given the chance. Lyrics that alternate between the introspective and the outwardly-focused (written to an anonymous listener) are coupled with a raw, modern, rock sound that has a good mixture of the acoustic and electric.

Everyday Sunday is another promising entry in this year's long string of great new rock bands. Stand Up is a great debut.
