23-year-old Propaganda is another member of the Tunnel Rats crew. Out of Knowhere is essentially his life's story, his creed, and his statement of purpose all in one.

After establishing his credentials as an emcee on the opening tracks (dedicated to Christ at 16, felt the call of Christ on his life immediately, he's currently involved in various ministry positions in his native Los Angeles, and he considers now to be the time that God has called him for), he moves into discussions of his unusual status as a Christian rap artist, his thankfulness for his ministry within the hip-hop culture, and maintaining one's focus on Christ. In contrast to many other hip-hop artists, Propaganda approaches life from a much more positive place, rarely waxing poetic on a difficult past, instead choosing to remind his listeners that life is about living today, and trusting God for the rest. Only rarely do his easy-going rhythms become aggressive, but his lyrics are a breath of fresh air in a sea of pain and hard living.
