"Upon researching the hymns, and throughout the whole arranging process I was so moved," said Lisa Kimmey. "It struck me to the core of my being to read these incredible lyrics and realize the authors weren't trying to sell records and had no business motives or due dates, but just wanted to glorify God. They were moved to write and to compose because of the experiences they had at the feet of Jesus. We are so excited about introducing these songs to our audience, and to a new audience. Our only hope is to somehow capture the spirit and essence of these hymns and use our voice to carry that message to a new generation, but most importantly bless the Lord. It's our tribute."
