Taking its name from a road in rural Texas, five-piece modern rock band SPUR58 writes music that speaks to its desire to see people worship God intimately, using transparent stories of real life. Frontman Aaron Ivey, guitarists Jimmie Ingram and Chad Martin, Steven Bush on bass and drummer Guy Roberts base themselves in Murfreesboro, Tenn., just southeast of Nashville… not for its close proximity to the music scene but for the youngadults they lead in worship at their home church. Sleepwalker, SPUR58’s debut album for Indelible Creative Group is the follow up to several successful independent releases the band has put out during incessant touring; and features their rich blend of piano-based modern rock.
