With their sophomore album, Relient K is slowly but surely cresting the "Kings of Christian Pop Punk" hill. With songs that are slightly more radio friendly and polished than on the first album, this album is a joy to listen to from beginning to end. They compromise nothing with their entrancing mix of sarcasm, wit, and an honest look at faith - what is has become and what it should be. Thrown into the mix are a couple of nice tunes that could almost be called worship songs. Anatomy of the Tongue in Cheek places Relient K near the top of my favorite artists of the year list. Check it out and see what I mean.
