From a lyrical perspective, this fresh release from The
Normals is one of the most honest, vulnerable, and real albums from any
Contemporary Christian artist in quite some time. With superbly crafted songs
and music that echoes strongly of late 80's U2, lead singer Andrew Osenga paints
a raw picture of the life of a Christian, with all it's struggles, doubts, and
failures. Yet the album also focuses on the unfailing love, mercy, and grace of
God through Christ, which is what carries us. It was extremely difficult to make
the audio clips because each song truly deserves to be delivered as a whole -
they are much more powerful that way. Coming to life is one of those albums that
feeds your soul a little bit more every time you listen.
