Don't miss the newest album by Bleach! An amazing modern rock record from an amazing band on their new label, Tooth & Nail. We only have a limited number of CD's at this price, so don't wait!

After three successful albums for Forefront Records, the guys of Bleach were ready to hang up their hats and call it quits. But an unexpected re-energizing came when three new members came into the group, all with prior experience in other bands. The newly reborn quintet started writing and recording independently, and soon caught the ears of Tooth & Nail Records. Tooth & Nail wisely snatched up the group, and (even more wisely) gave them complete artistic freedom. And the rest is history.

Again, For the First Time is a twelve track, guitar-heavy rock album with a raw, "live" vibe. According to the band, this was intentional; they tried very hard to capture their live concert sound on disc. The songs are some of the group's finest ever, with crunchy, jangly guitars soaring over big, loud rock melodies. Lyrically, they trudge uncompromisingly into straightforward, spiritual territory, singing about their devotion to God, the need for morals in modern culture, the difficulty of maintaining friendships when our friends change, and many other contemporary themes that should be easy for listeners to relate to. Again, For the First Time is a great example of how fun and original garage rock can be.
