Now Colloca is back with his second English album, Unconditional, and I think most fans and critics alike will find themselves enjoying Colloca's talents this time around with no reservations. Unconditional was produced by English producers Don Koch and Hal Batt, who have updated Colloca's sound to more modern Latin/pop sensibilities and given his music an injection of passion and energy that only new blood can bring to the table.

Every note on Unconditional practically screams that every possible step has been taken to ensure that English-speaking audiences will find this album to be far more palatable than Dance El Ritmo. There's certainly no denying that this one is a significant step above his debut in quality.
