Worship has long been a vital component of The Katinas' live concerts, so like many of their artist brethren before them, they decided to put their most worshipful moments on tape. Lifestyle: A Worship Experience is the result, a fourteen-song live album recorded at The Katinas' home church of Bethel World Outreach Center in Brentwood, TN.

Lifestyle is comprised of mostly worship standards, all given new twists of intricate harmonies and island flavor. The remaining tracks are filled out with three new original songs, and even a couple of bonus studio tracks at the end. The guys effortlessly shift from funky to tender and back again, holding the live crowd enthralled throughout.
