Essential Hits 10 is a fun little retrospective on Essential Records' ten-year history. I'd honestly forgotten how much good stuff Essential has put out over the last decade.

The label gets extra credit for including some of their past artists like Silage, Imagine This, and Plumb. There are even two bonus tracks from new artists Paul Colman Trio and Sarah Sadler. But one can't help but get downright nostalgic over hearing classics like Jars of Clay's Flood, Third Day's I've Always Loved You, and Caedmon's Call's There You Go.
