Songwriter of the Year nominees announced

The GMA has announced the nominees for Songwriter of the Year for the 34th Annual Dove Awards. The nominees are:

Paul Baloche
Tim Hughes
Lenny LeBlanc
Nichole Nordeman
Bebo Norman

Each nominee is also nominated in the Song of Year category. Baloche and LeBlanc co-wrote "Above All," Hughes wrote "Here I Am To Worship," Nordeman co-wrote "Holy" with Mark Hammond, and Norman penned "Great Light of the World."

The winner will be named during the 34th Annual Dove Awards on Thursday, April 10, 2003, at The Gaylord Entertainment Center. Hosted by CeCe Winans and Steven Curtis Chapman, the show will be televised on PAX on Saturday, April 19 at 9:PM EST/6:PM PST, and also will air on TBN on Friday, April 25 at 10:PM EST 7:PM PST and Saturday, April 26 at 5:PM EST/2:PM. PST.
