Dove nominated recording artist Joy Williams will soon add another title to her name but this time it’s not related to her music. Williams recently announced her engagement to Nate Yetton, director of promotions at Inpop Records and is planning for a June wedding.

Williams comments, "I’m ecstatic to be marrying my best friend. He is truly the greatest extension of Christ’s love that I’ve experienced on this planet."

The couple got engaged on Christmas Eve and plan to wed on June 12 in California, the same day both Williams’ mother and grandmother were married.

In 2003, Williams signed an exclusive management agreement with Blanton Harrell Cooke & Corzine, home to artists including Michael W. Smith and Amy Grant, and recently signed an exclusive booking agreement with William Morris Agency.

Williams is preparing to hit the road in Feb. 2004 with ZoeGirl and Superchic[k] on the spring FREE Experience tour. Williams is currently in the studio working on her July 2004 album release.
