Following up on a news story posted on CMCentral last week, singer/songwriter Daniel Bedingfield has been released from Whangarei Hospital in New Zealand, according to MTV News.
An article posted at MTV.com states that Bedingfield was released "Tuesday after being treated for neck injuries suffered in a single-car accident over New Year's weekend."
MTV news also reports that Bedingfield "damaged the vertebrae in his neck but did not experience any loss of motor or sensory functions [and] will spend two to three months at his home in his native New Zealand recovering." After which, he "plans to finish recording an album he started before the accident."
