Multi-platinum superstar Josh Groban will be joined onstage by another multi-platinum star, Beyonce during the 77th Annual Academy Awards gala, being broadcast live from the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, on February 27.
Groban and Beyonce will team to perform the Oscar-nominated hit "Believe," which was written by Glenn Ballard and Allen Silvestri for the film The Polar Express, and was recorded by Groban for the film's soundtrack.
Additionally, Beyonce will be on hand to perform two of the other nominated songs. She'll stand in for Minnie Driver during a performance of "Learn To Be Lonely," the nominated song from The Phantom of the Opera. Driver was unable to attend the ceremony because of "scheduling conflicts." Beyonce will also perform the nominated song "Look To Your Path," from French film The Chorus, along with the American Boys Choir.
